结合武磊的伤病实际情况，海港教练组和医务组对他制定了严格的计划，就比赛而言，通过每场时间的积累逐步提升。

F | 从另一方面来说，日常的训练其实更需“科学化”。“训练的方式和整体的负荷，也会相对注意一些，主要还是出于比赛考虑。对我来说，现在也是通过比赛一步步找回状态，每场像这样十几分钟、二十几分钟逐渐累积。”武磊说。

现实来看，海港也的确需要武磊的帮助。尽管前场人数不少，但是就门前得分能力和跑位意识而言，没人能起到武磊的作用。昨晚一战，武磊没能扮演“救世主”的角色，但他的回归本身才是最重要的事情，无论是现阶段的联赛，抑或是未来的国家队赛事。
